My big goal is to weigh less than 75kg at my wedding on October 10, 2014.
My overal goal is to weight between 65-70kg or 140-150lbs that would put me in a healthy weight range for my height.
Lose 3kg by March 31 (weigh 90kg)
Run 1 mile without stopping preferably in under 12 minutes.
2 minute plank.
3 sets of 10 pushups
2 minute wall-sit.
